AUTOMOTIVE EXTRUSION LINE
High speed extrusion lines, cable dimensions varying between 0,22mm² to 6,0mm² – class 5, maximum speed: 1000m/min. Some solutions are available including a configuration of two or four extruders using a double valve and a quick changing crosshead for color or list.
LINE FOR COAXIAL CABLE AND TELECOM
Line for coaxial cable and telecommunication, works with one main extruder, one auxiliary extruder and another extruder on the same crosshead
BUILDING WIRE EXTRUSION LINE
Extrusion line with a maximum speed of 1200 m/min. Uses PVC, PP, HFFR, XLPE MONOSIL. Solid conductor is 1.0 mm² to 10.0 mm², flexible conductor 1.0 mm² to 25.0 mm², using a double take-up with bobbin 1000mm or 1250mm. Able to quick change color or list. It can use a crosshead with double valves.
EXTRUSION LINE FOR ENERGY CABLE
Line for energy cables and larger diameter cables, that does insulation and jackets. The maximum speed of production is 200 mtrs/min. The line configuration consists of two extruders working on the same crosshead. Raw materials used are HFFR, PVC, XLPE and LDPE.
EXTRUSION LINE TANDEM
Line for insulation and jackets for wires and cables from 1,5mm² to 500mm². PVC, XLPE (Sioplas, Visico, Silink, HFFR). For better production, it can work with the accumulator at the beginning and the end of the line.
